Christian Milau
Director
Christian Milau is a globally recognized mining executive with over two decades of experience. As co-founder and CEO of Equinox Gold Corp., he transformed the company from a single-asset explorer to a top 20 global gold producer, completing over $1.5 billion in acquisitions and raising more than $1 billion in debt and equity financings.
His leadership has been instrumental in navigating complex environments, including overseeing the construction of the Karma mine in Burkina Faso during a political coup. As CFO of Endeavour Mining, he helped lead the expansion of operations from one to five gold mines across West Africa. Christian also played a key role in the financing and development of several other mining companies globally. He is currently a non-executive director of New Gold, Northern Dynasty Minerals, Arras Minerals and Copper Standard Resources.
Marcel de Groot
Non-Executive Director
Marcel is a co-founder of Pathway Capital in 2004. Pathway has extensive experience in taking resource companies from incorporation through the initial funding rounds and ultimately public financing or mergers. Successful deals include Sandstorm Gold, Equinox Gold, Solaris Resources, Versamet Royalties, Peru Copper and Arequipa Resources; several of which have grown from exploration and discovery to over $1 billion in value.
Thomas Feldmann
Non-Executive Director
Tom has over 20 years of broad corporate finance and investment banking experience in energy, mining and industrial manufacturing. He is a partner of Fremont Sage LLC, a private investment group focused on early stage equity investments in natural resources and renewable energy technology. Tom is an MBA and electrical engineer.
Jim Paterson
Non-Executive Director
Jim is a principal of Discovery Group, which has lead, financed and transacted numerous gold, copper and other resource companies – Great Bear Resources, Northern Empire Resources, Kaminak Gold and other companies. He has been a mining exploration sector executive, director and investor since 1997.
